Does anyone want this? It was the first color handheld console of its time.

I bought the blue colored one with the LionKing special, lol. I got it for Christmas. Man, I played that SO much the B button is broken. Well, it works, but you have to press really hard.

Then I bought a Jurassic Park game, and got Sonic3 game. God, that game takes like over an hour to beat, IF you get all the diamonds, which were pretty hard to get. You only got so may tries for all six. lol
It was awesome.

The Game Gear was awesome, I loved Sonic Triple Trouble. It was the first game I ever played on it, and damn did I ever play it. I thought you should know though, they're not diamonds, they're emeralds :p Also, there's seven of them :)

That sucker was HUGE. And it took like 6 double A's, didn't it?

Yes, it takes 6 AA batteries. It eats up batteries if that's what you use, but anyone who plays their Game Gear a lot doesn't use AA batteries. There's an A/C adaptor, car adaptor, and rechargable battery pack, all affordably priced, so AA batteries aren't required whatsoever.

Actualy the Atari Lynx was the first ever handheld that used color display and a backlight. Teh Game Gear was released 3 years after and like the Lynx failed as a system. The battery life on that sucker wasn't very long and I was disapointed in the games.

the system however was pretty much the Sega master system. Something I enjoyed to a point. MAster system was better than the NES as Gamegear was better than Gameboy in hardware. Problem with both is they never had the greatest games in the world.

Nomad wasn't always able to play all Genesis games however. But it was a pretty cool system.

I own 3 original gameboys, and 2 gameboy colors. They all work :)

I never had a gamegear. I think had it been more successful it woulda been around long enough for me to pick one up. otherwise I was only able to play it through the few friends who had it.
