I hope to hell that they lose the next two, just so everyone around here shuts the fuck up about it.

No one gave a damn about the Rays 5 months ago, and now suddenly everywhere I go theres Rays fans.

I'm a Phillies fan, so I honestly could care less who wins the ALCS.

main problem is the rays relief sucks balls. If Garza can go 7+ innings i could see the rays winning the game. Either that, or their relief has the be as good as their first 4 games(i included game 1 because it was a 2 run game)

But seriously. I'm so glad the Fenway isn't fucking full of dipshits with cowbells, assholes waving white flags of surrender, or any other tacky fan shit people buy at the souvenir shops there. All you gotta have to be a Sox fan is a bright red shirt. Especially when we're on the road, and you see a sea of red shirts in the stadiums when they show foul balls, hehe.

And I've been watching them since I was 4 off and on. Been through the rough times of them sucking ass, and savoring every win we get in the postseason over the last few years, because you know it won't last long enough. In the meantime, ALL HAIL THE GOLDEN AGE OF THE RED SOX!!

(Oh shit, that reminds me I'm late on getting my Sox logo up in my sig for the postseason.)

Yeah, I lived on Cape Cod for 22 years. :)

Used to go up to Boston all the time though. My dad lived there for 3 years, and had some high school friends that went to MassArt & MIT and another that moved to Lynn (or Lynnburg... I can't remember, but it was like the suburbs of Lynn, so it wasn't as bad as downtown Lynn), so we'd go there when we got bored at his place. I miss that city so much.

yeah, i fucking hate that(i'm an a's fan). Red sox fans are assholes. So are angel fans and so are yankee fans. They practically take over the stadium and its ridiculous to see them take over the stadium. I know a couple season ticket holders that sell their tickets to those games because the fans will fork over more for the tickets than their worth.

Oh and i sit like 5 rows back from the visitor bench most of the time when i go, so i heckle the hell out of the players. especially if its the angels.

How 'bout them Sox, AxL?
I am honestly not that disappointed. If we had lost game four from the way we were playing, I would have been pissed. However, in two innings in game four we made a complete 180. We had a good chance at winning game seven, and it came down to the last inning. The Red Sox never said die and put the Rays against the wall. I can't wait till next year. This budding rivalry between the Sox is going to be very interesting the next couple years.

Now I can worry about the Celtics, Pats, and Bruins.

There's no budding rivalry. The Rays are going to go back to sucking next year anyway.
