Fresh Proxy's (NoC Brute Force)

Am i wrong about that you have to use proxy's that work(are online) when you use Brute Force NoC?

I have checked www.multiproxy.org but alot of the IP adresses dont work. I check them by selecting connections in the IE options and tell it to connect via that adress in the lan-options. Sry this is a bit hard to explain because im not using the English version of IE.

Does anyone have a fresh list of proxy's???
