I have a quick question....I have cable internet connection and have recently been getting a lot of lag at random points of the day. (Midnight, afternoon, morning). I type in FPS and it says my ping is around 60-80 yet my FPS are close to 4 or 5 and skip is up to 32. Is this a problem with my CD drive? Im not sure what it is since i have played D2 in both my CD drive and my CD-R drive and they both seem to keep the "lag". I have just recently experienced this so Im wondering if anyone else has been having this problem. Thx

well it could be one of a few things. you could have a very bad cable line. or you could have a very bad computer and thats making it lag. if you have a big pipe (cable internet) connected to a small pipe (your computer) only a little bit of the information wil be able to get through at a time.

I play without a cd and it is faster, use maphack to crack so you need no cd
