A Congressionally mandated report issued this month by the Mathematica Policy Research firm found that elementary and middle school students in four communities who received abstinence instruction — sometimes on a daily basis — were just as likely to have sex in the following years as students who did not get such instruction.
Yeah... that make no sense. Those kids where instructed not to have sex!

We were given barely any sexual education in Malaysia except that contraceptives were used as birth control (condoms, nothing else). No moral ideals, no ethical ideals nor any hygienic ideals. Our science teacher was too embarrassed to read the chapter on sexual intercourse out loud and we were told to skip the exercise on it (which featured a cross-section of a penis and vagina and we were asked to answer some questions on sexual intercourse). Our Personal, Social and Heath Education teacher did not teach or advise anything about sexual relationships or even inter-personal relationships, and not even family advice and planning.

I have a feeling that if you told a teacher you were having sexual problems with someone in confidence (confidentially, that is), in Malaysia, they would be more likely to report it to your parents or the police if it was homosexual sexual intercourse, rather than giving confidential advice. There is a counsellor at the moment but I have no idea what will happen if that was told to the counsellor too.

Which is why this doesn't apply to me at all. I didn't learn have abstinence-only education - I had no sexual education at all.

Of course, that leaves me to find out stuff on my own, and I have formulated my own views on it (as you can see). And until someone can offer me concrete evidence that, say, lack of sex increases the chance of SARS by 500% or something, I'm afraid it's virginity FTW.*

How about trying sex just once if only to see if you're right about it. I garauntee that you'll enjoy it and want more.

Not to be offensive, but have you even had the chance to get laid?
It is easy to be a virgin if you cant go get it.

Why don't you run an experiment, where you are the test subject, do like, under what circumstances is sex the worst. I thnk that is well within you limits. Do it purely for science :D
