For More Than 5 Hours!!!

ok for more than 5 hours last night i was tryin to gte my *amn mods to work. I looked at the "install mods" on the home page and did wat it said. i did it right, but wen i gte into the game it doesnt work. im using wat i think is a commonly known mod, Blackwolf's drop n dupe mod, i followed their instructions and i codnt get it to work, my quetsion is how do i fix this!? will it even work with version 1.10? is there a way to "turn it on" once im n the game and if so how?!
plz give me some suggetions, my aim name is "chiggedypopo" and i will b on for quite a while today so if u have long instructions (step by step) talk to me throught that so we dont have to post everything aim will b much faster.

You're not trying to use these mods on Closed B.Net, are you? If so, there's your problem.
