Flagged? Ban?

I know there is alot of talk going around about getting kicked and flagged and this is most likely certain. But the wierd thing is that my friend has been running and still is running his bot and hasnt had any problems. I have seen him make several games without getting kicked off bnet and this has been over the last few days too.And if he does get kicked off bnet he is back within 2 min or so. When I am in a game for longer than 5min it seems to boot me but i dont get real down unless i go back to the same game and get booted again. And I am not using bots or map hack
