It's Macromedias version of Photoshop. Well, kinda like photoshop and ImageReady in one, only it doesn't have the cool filters

doh! well Im sure it has something useful, other wise macromedias wouldnt have made it knowing for fact that there already had been photoshop...

anyone have tute for it? I tried pixel2life.. didnt help alot.

fireworks is way better then photoshop, and ten times easier to crack, i believe its a 1000 dollar program...

LOL no. photoshop > fireworks. But it really depends on what your doing.

fireworks is an all time newb program, anyone can use. photoshop, you gotta experiment with that for months to be pro at it. i really dont care if its worth it....id rather have an easier to use program, i think fireworks > photoshop, yes, i have both.

fireworks isnt as good as PS, the reason macromedia made it is because it has a simple convert to macromedia flash set up, it also is made so editing web graphics while useing Dreamweaver is quick and simple.
