Finding CD-Key in Registry

Sup BF can anyone tell me how i can find my LOD cd-key in my registry , if it's possible. It's installed on a buddy's pc he lives 2 far and we cant file transfer that much. All i need is the key and how 2 find it in his pc thanks guys Smilez

Hi smilez, it's not stored in the registry database, but in your local mpq files in your Diablo II directory.

Use this program to get the cd key shown: http://www.battleforums.com/staff/diablo/OnlyerPack.zip
Just extract it in your Diablo II folder.

EDIT: I can't get it to work! Must be the new version 1.11.
If you're so lucky that he hasn't 1.11 installed it will still work

Ok thanks for the info im not really sure if he has updated to 1.11 , im calling him now ty Smilez
