Find me a game

Its been 4 years since I last bought a video game, other than Xbox games, and I'm really out of the loop. I'm definately getting guild wars, but it isn't going to be out for a few weeks.

I'm stuck here for spring break doing nothing, since every single one of my friends is on vacation. Thats what I get for living in a rich neighborhood. Warcraft III and Morrowind are becoming very dull to me, and so is counterstrike. I want some new blood.

I'm mainly looking for an RPG or strategy game, because I have pink eye and I'd be seriously crippled while playing a FPS, but I'm also open to first person shooters.

So, recommend me some games please.

Haha, i have pink eye also....i guess thats what i get for playing with a 2 year old who had pink eye also...

But anyways, get Act Of War. Its one of the two PC games I have actually boughten and not downloaded since i got The Frozen Throne. And plus, you can play online with me.

Get HL2 or Doom3.
Medal of Honour Pacific Assult is good also.
Armies of Exigo is pretty good.
or get KOTOR 2 for computer.

Or maybe just buy a few console games for what ever system you have.
If you have Xbox pick up KOTOR 2.
If you have PS2 pick up God of War or Devil May Cry 3.

I have a Ps2, but my sister has pretty much taken it over. Its a shame, I've heard god of war is awesome too.

Well, I just realized I have about $100 in best buy gift cards (I safe gift cards from b-days for when I need them, always) so I'm going there to see what they have...

I'd just reccomend drooling over Guild Wars until it releases in 2 weeks. If you honestly can't wait that long, go here.

Ive played AO.

I'm getting GW when it comes out, but I need something to do for spring break.

As a side note, I hate best buy. No selection of games.

FPS, HL2 definately. doom 3 gets boring after awhile, because gameplay is repetative.

I would suggest Rome total war. Best strategy Game of 2004, with Warhammer Dawn of war coming in second in that strategy.

BTW God of War is wicked I own it.

KOTOR 2 is a sweet game even if you haven't played the first.

Yeah I've played KOTOR 1.

Best buy was out of everything on this list but KOTOR 2, which I got. Grr.

For a good RTS id definetly suggest Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War.

very good game, although the first thing that will come to mind is warcraft 3 in space.

campaign sucks, but the multiplayer is one of the most fun rts experiences ever.

AOE & COmmand and Conqure!

I think Age of Empires and Command of Conqure series of games are great strategy games.
Also you can play Delta force or GTA Series.
