FINALLY! R/D's GONE EASY even with Static IP!

(be aware how im not mentioning cracked d2jsp .. just the legit version's forums)

*NOTE*
Dont give me credit for any of this. Only for finding it

Close out ALL diablo 2 Windows.

Go to Start, Run, type in RegEdit.
Find HKEY_CURRENT_USER And hit +
Now, Look for SoftWare and hit +
Look for Battle.net folder, Right click it and Hit Delete.

Now restart your computer.
When your computer starts open Start, run, And Type IpConfig.

Now Open Diablo 2, Log into Battle.net, Laugh at Blizzard!

*NOTE PART 2* I have a static IP (cable, no routers.)
Tested. Confirmed. Working.

Doesnt really help when its 3:00 AM and your bot gets realm down, but when your playing D2 and you get those annoying r.d's .... here's your solution.

PS - If anyone wants to help me make an autoit module that did this every 45 mins or so and RESTARTED dsjsp + d2, botting would be forever untouchable.
(we could change the time intervals etc)

R/D = Realm Down.

Due to the fact that recently, botting has been 'Easier Than Ever'.
Blizzard finally did something about it, but regretfully they only helped screw things up more. You can get R/D''s easily from manual MFing, from trist, baal, ANYthing running.

Now, when you get a realm down, (and have a static IP,) this eliminates all wait time.

Don`t know ya problem`s , i leave my d2jsp for a night and on the morning just check the findings , then go to school , come back and check the news , No problems , i am on this system almost 2 weeks , but i am not playin in battlenet , im playin on kinda clone of bnet which alows illegal keys , and no bans perfect for betatesting dupes , maphacks and shit , i even got dupped my 2nd quest in act 4 , and did maxout all skills , then got corrupt 15 lvl sorc but when there is no try there is no cry

If you're going to delete battle.net files sometimes you have some of your needs deleted so it's your risk in some ways... but you can remake em easily.

I also have cable internet, static ip. and this doesnt work for me. I tried it 3 times, still realm down.

it doesn't work... only for some special kinds of "realm down" such as the server_gets_owned/connection_interrupted/realm_down but not for the botting realm down, so making an autoit module / program for this is just useless... so dont get excited

The reason that this sin't working for you is because you don't have a regular r/d, you have an IP ban. You can only get rid of an IP ban via dynamic IP or proxy server.

BTW, this means that this probobaly won't help botting at all.

well I also tried changing my ip address by using a proxy server, that didnt work either, as bad as this migth sound(I wish I had dial-up) :rollie

When botting and i get those stupid *** words, Realm Down i get my lazy *** up off my bed ( i use laptop ) and i pull the power plug from cable thinger and from router. I go watch tv for 2 minutes. I come back plug everything back in. and it works =)
