HijackThis IS NOT AN ANTI-SPYWARE PROGRAM but is useful for diagnosing spyware problems. Just don't clean anything until you post the log and get feedback.

Its called Microsfot Antispyware. It has a shield that can tell you if something has invaded your comp. Its stopped numerous trojans on my comp, stopped htem and deleted them. It can also erase tracks like pages visited on the net to files opened on ur comp,

Add it. It removes Norton completely, because it doesn't uninstall right.
