Hmm, that's an interesting statement if you think about it. So if I'm about to be murdered and I decide to take the bullet instead of being a coward and running away, then I guess that's when cowardice would have a purpose!

thatd be fear cowardice hurts your allies and cant be used by leaders to manipulate. fear can be a very useful tool to make people do things. cowardice generally comes about when things screw up.

Fear is a feeling, cowardice is a choice. I.E. fear is knowing the risks, but cowardice is knowing the risks and running away from them. Eh, whatever.

Fear does let you know your alive.

True. Fear and pain are such acute feelings...make you feel so alive....Not that I particularly like either one, though.
