i did a google search on Blizzard, Blizzard games, Battle.net, warcraft, world of warcraft, starcraft, diablo, diablo 2. this place didnt appear first page on any of them searches. we dont have the top200 rate system anymore or at least the people here arnt aware of it so they can vote on it.

didnt take long for you to sort the ads and paid membership though. were basicly a semi interactive google AdSense portal, 95% bot 5% human billboards. yeah, this feels ****en great..

We have 60,000 members, and like 2/3s of that doesnt even have a post count above 100. The only reason people came during the contest was because a shiny new iPod was up for grabs.

Also you need to learn a little about advertisement. You want to make your product desireable.

um no, its finding the right uncompeted keywords and bidding higher on the competed ones and bothering to submit your site in directories and top100 sites so you actually stand half a chance of appealing to any kind of market in the first place..

The last time we tried the top100s, it was actually when Wc3 had attention. Oddly we were 3rd highest at the time, and some people were actually dedictated to put 5 votes per day on different PCs for our site alone. We were up there with hiveworkshop too.

But they are still going to find out we aren't the board we used to be.

the money he spent on a fancy new vB skin couldve just as easily been used to hire experienced article writers and modification teams to write something new and fresh for this place. but you need effort for that.

everyone else has been saying this too for like **** knows how long, a new skin aint gonna bring tons of people in screaming ooohhh looka that new skin, wow i feel like sticking around to see what the new skins gonna look like.

looks more like hes just taking the easiest way out and throwing a fistfull of cash at whatever idea requires minimal effort, threw a few ads down and is expecting to sit back and earn money. start earning your keep for ****s sake..
