Falling asleep in class

Ugh I swear, my 6th period class today had to be one of the worst school experiences I ever had. It was hot, and the class was REAL BORING as usual, and I often doze off and even fall asleep. But this time, I actually fell asleep until the end of the class, and once I woke up, the people around me were laughing.

Naturally, I'm like "Wtf..." not realizing I actually fell asleep. My friend in the class was like "Haha you were hella drooling"

Whoa.. Falling asleep in class, everyone laughing at you, and DROOLING EVERYWHERE? At least I didn't snore..

This is not the first time I fell asleep in class, btw.

Anyway, you guys fall asleep in class, ever?

Yea. I sat 3rd row, frount seat, RIGHT in frount of the teacher in health class sophomore year. It was one of the most boring classes ever. I fell asleep once and when I woke up the teacher had pulled a chair up to my desk and was just staring at me while everyone was laughing =/

He started asking me questions about the stuff he was teaching that day. Boy he felt dumb when I answered them all correctly.

I fell asleep in Mr. Roney's class. It was a GPS class. I sat up front. He was lecturing the whole time and he didn't realize I fell asleep. I woke up 15 minutes later over a small puddle of drool.

I was lucky. The next year, Mr. Roney's Algebra II class ended up driving the teacher to near insanity to the point where he quit teaching altogether.

the period of reading before 4th period kills me everytime. usually the only bad part about falling asleep is waking back up. hurts like i bitch to realize you have to get up and go to your next class, or talk to the teacher for being asleep.

I usually get to the point sometimes where my head starts to nod, but I have yet to fall asleep in class.

What public schools need is a Sleep 101 class.

Heh, cant say I actually did, but I was on the verge when one of my other classmates fell asleep and we left him there althroughout lunch and he woke up when we got back =) he got in some trouble and if there were 2 of us it would have been worse..

I never slept in class no matter how much I hated it, because classes are small here and anything is noticed.

I can never fall asleep in class. Last year towards the end of the year, the AP classes didnt have anything to do so i tried to sleep, but it didnt work as hard as i tried.

if u go to sleep in my american history class the teacher uses a think leg of a chair or sumthing to hit ur desk as hard as he can X_X it so loud.if i dont get all the way asleep i get like half way there and llike sum one drop s a pen and i jump,i have no idea why.they best time to sleep is after state testing.u can finish like 2 hours earily and sleep.taht what i did and i look like s*** the whole day.

I sleep whenever I can. ****, I've even fallen asleep in a computer class. a COMPUTER class. That's just messed up right there. But no, we have like...90 minute classes over here, and during any of my classes, I'll just either a) not show up or b) write out a pass to "use the restroom" then I'll just go lay in the drumroom (we have a couch, right on) and sleep all period. Good shit.

I've had a big problem with this. Espeically in English 11 and Consumer Math. Those classes were so boring, I'd knock out, wake up and feel great, but like failed a test in the process.
