Use a video player that can play the movie and can screen capture.

The image comes out bad quality if you use print screen.

Not really, it depends what format you save it on that really affects the quality. Save as a GIF for the best results. Print Screen will require a program that can read Targa files. I suggest Photoshop or GIMP!

My first avatar here was the crown of the Human cinematic. You can print screen it and paste it in your paint, although if you turn the file into jpg the quality will be bad. Sometimes when you paste it in the Windows Paint it is blank- black screen. Try different browsers like Media player Classic, BS Player. Sometimes it works so you have to try several times until you have the screenshot.

I tried to print screen and it came out as a black picture. I then used Cucusoft All Media Player(Which can play MPQs) to print screen and paste into paint. When I pasted it into paint...It was still playing!!!!

It was like, playing in paint.

EDIT: I'll try the media players that you suggested. Thanks for the Help!

You have to keep on trying- it was the same for me- playing in the paint :)

Then do this- pause it at the monent u want, close the browser and see if you have it in the paint. It may not work from 1st try but after some others it should.
