Experience glitch?

Not at the level im at...

You need a full party. After the first wave, lowest lvl leaves the party. After the second wave the lowest lvl rejoins the party.

Top 2 means the two highest levels go in to kill baal while the rest leave or stay out of throne. This is usually said so that the 2 highest levels get the exp from baal since it represents most of the exp they will get from the run. In most cases the 2 highest levels are the ones baaling you so respect them and stay out of throne so they can get the exp

And all u see is a huge glitch in exp.. l;ike u get alot?

The only exp glitch I have ever seen was in Diablo II Nezmod.

In that mod, there are Bags of Experience that will add experience points to you. However, if you used them to bypass the next level number, you won't level up until you successfully kill a monster.

Dream_walker tried it after duping like 40 of these, then he went from lvl 1 to 19 in one monster .
