First exam today. Consists of 5 sides of paper telling us to implement 5 classes in Java each with about 5 methods in them each, with loads of spelling errors and mistakes, in 3 hours. Sucks. I did OK but it still sucks.*

My exam for my Music Theory class is going to be the following;

We come in.
Doctor Toranto hands us a three page piano score of either Beehtoven, Bach, Tchkovski, or Handle/Vivaldi sheet music.
We disect it and write the chord annalysis (i-viid7), as well as modulations, secondary dominatnts/leading tones, and figured bass.

It's going to suck, bad.

In New York we one of the only state's in the United States of America, that have to take a midterm exam each year, as well as a final exam each year. And this is throughout our school time, as in: (I think) 3rd grade to 12th grade. We also take state exams. Although according to the teachers in my school, that say, "Since you have take state exams and midterm exams and final exams, you are clearly getting a better education, which will lead you to more oppurtunities for careers in your lifetime." And then I say, "And your point is?"

Therefore this is why I would want to move to a different country, which would be France (I will learn their language, since I only know English and German) and I will be a Social Studies Teacher there, and I think it would be fun to live in France, or even Great Britain (YES!!!!!!), therefore I conclude that New York, sucks.

I was always under the impression that multiple-choice exams were hard. At least for me - they made it hard for us at A-Level. There was 1 stupid choice and 3 all reeking of trick answers...*

My exams are both fun and easy. Typical question is "Why are militarist regimes more successfull in the Near-East than other type of regimes. 3 pages minimum."

My essays are more challenging tough, but still fun. Its basicaly 15 pages of text on the subject of your choice, were you must include one key element learned in class (for exemple, one of my essay was about the link between the State and the salience of national identity, by including the dialectic between science and philosophy)

But whats a bit more difficult in my program is the reading material. So many pages to read, no real source of motivation to make you do it, and yet, its so important in the end.
