Ive been playing it for a while ( trial ) and its fun but people say its horriable compared to eq1 so im confused if i should get it.

I play EQ2, WoW, and FFXI, and my favorite is FFXI still, EQ2 after that, and WoW in last. EQ2 is fun, and I like it more than EQ1 (but EQ1 is a dead horse being nuclear bombed). I'd say if you enjoy the trial, continue playing EQ has the reputation to be very involving with tons of expansions on the way (we can predict this) a company that knows what they are doing in the MMORPG world, and lots of content.

im playing eq2, wow, ffXI, eq1,asheron's call 2, shadowbane.. yeah i got 6 comps though.. anyway eq2 is realistict.. it's fun.. THERE IS NO PVP currently AND YOU CANT GET DRUNK ALCOHOL GIVES THE EFFECT OF WATER.. capped the stuff that is important
