Ever quest

hey,

i just installed the 30 day free trial of ever quest. I started it and i downloaded the updatdes then i clicked play. It started to load then a message poped up saying that "eqgame.exe had encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the incovenience." I was wondering if you had any advice on what to do to fix this problem. Thank you

I tried both of those and the same message still poped up. I
e-mailed everquest and they never sent anything back.

Did you wait more than twenty minutes for your answer?

It's probably a driver problem, try going into the everquest options before it crashes and changing things like graphics from openGL -> DX or vice versa.

Other than that, check that you're in the right color mode (the highest one), and that your screen isn't some weird resolution like 9102490x1204 or something like that.

Widescreen laptops often have problems running games that are preset for a certain size.
