I need a medium CTA (4min) i can add a wisp 15% for a better one.

Right now a CTA 4+ BO is worth COH ( a guy offered the COH )
so I dont think vex + wisp is enough.

vex is not worth a +4 CTA, thats what i usually see... but lots of people need vex for exile/botd, so if u just wait, u can get a good deal

i traded my vex for 160/60 ias +97 life archon plate whale, and 2 zods

some people are desperate, what can i say
