Enough or not enough Vitality for PvP

I need your opinions on how much vitality is enough for each class for PvP and PvM

My lvl 86 ww/zerk has 3.3k life. My fire sorc has 2.1k life. I don't use other classes, but please give your opinion on other classes.

Vitality or life? Both just depend on the build you're using. If you're going to make an energy shield sorc, the lifes gonna blow, since you're pumping into mana. Assassins usually have generally low life, as well as amazons. Necros hardly ever require much str, so that leaves a good amount of points for vita. Pallys and barbs usually have really really high life, pallys should have 2k+ and barbs should have 3k+

good to know that I have enough life for my barb. Assasins have low life? I onced dueled an assasin (said) she/he had 5k life. Is that possible or bs?

You should have put more points into vita on the barb, and you can never have enough vitality/life

3.7k life now with 20x 32020s. my ww damage is 7k and zerk damage is 9k.
8x290s to boost up damage. I didn't put the rest into vitaliy cuz it didn't make much of a difference. How i found out was, I used eth valor and dungos = 80 to vitality. I can still get 4k life with more 32020s or 20 small charms, than wasting my points into vitality when i lvl up. 7k ww and 9k zerk = ownage. If i wanted to get to lvl 99 I would have invested 85 points to vitality. 4k life is enough for me

5 points into vita= 1 3/20/20. I'd say its worth it. Placing points elsewhere is useless. Btw, eth valor is a horrible choice for an armor.

If your inventory is full of 32020s then IMO wouldn't was points in vitality. My main armor is enigma and eth valor works for me too.

well.. Im not guru nor do I play D2 anymore..

but I know 290s are 290 poison dmg sc right? Its elemental damage, and thinking in logical ways, it shouldnt cancel out critical strike.

hmm i heard it cancels out open wounds tho. i remember that there was some sort of a draw back from 3 20's over 290's (overlooking the fact that they will most likly disapear)

hm 7k ww. i use doom zerk axe and like 10x 3 20 20's and i only get like 3k ww's and 5k zerks. my AR is 30k even. dunno y my ww is so gay in low dmg. how much would a E-zerk botd make up for this? i can own a lot of chars except for ww barbs

oh btw, my barb has 3.8k life and max block for a reference to the guy that wanted to compare his life t other barbs.

how much life is ur assassin have since u say it got low life? and what u use to get pally with 2k life. ex. gear and status

30k ar? how much dex you have? Of course your damage will only do 3k. Your using doom zerk. Use Botd eth zerk. I do 9k ar with 2x 20dex ravens, ik gauntlets 20dex and i have max block like you. 32020s and 290s, 20 to attributes anni, botd zerk and other items that increase str. Yes you can have 7k ww. If you put more 290s its possible to get 12k ww. I've done it with like half my inventory of 290s.

i got my 30k ar from angelics. its nice to be able to hit high def chars but yea i prolly have to upgrade to Ezerker to do ne dmg. i put some of my poison charms on my barb to now and he does about 5kww now and 7k zerks. i also made sure to hit the last frame for FHR. my dex isnt even max block yet so my ar will increase even more

Dex is a waste after you get a net total of 222 for max block. It gives very little AR. 2x ravens is also a bad idea. If you are dueling melee, you don't need any ravens (since cannot be frozen only hurts you in melee). You should use the angelic combo for melee, and for ranged opponents get a cats eye, raven, and what ever else you see fit. You do 9k because you're cheap - poison damage is lame. IK gloves aren't a good choice, I'd use rends. Also, for your weapon, an eth zodded razors edge is a lot better than BOTD.

*WpartofpvpWp if you want to duel. Trust me. Its a good combo. I've dueled melee and have no problems.
