Elemental Druid Question

I read the Wind Druid guide by SweatyOgre and just have a quick question. You never said anything about his stat points and what they should be like. If someone could clarify this for me it would be greatly appreciated.

speaking of which, ic oudlnt figure out how to wear that gear and have 33 str :S but i built him anyways, i hate him, so uncomfortible to work with =/
