Ehm.... Chat privileges suspended ?!

Now, please let me give u people a quick brief of my problem:
I enter bnet, and continue by pressing enter chat, then i get some red writing, explaining how my chat privileges are suspended, and my account is muted. I cant join any channels, i only get " restricted ". Now first : Why do i get this messages ?
second : I have never used any form of a 3rd party program or hack, so if this is a way of blizzard tagging my cdkey, explain further. Anyone else experienced similar problems ? Reply quick please, cheers.

u are muted it will go away in about a month,no worries but dont get cought hacking again(if u where) or ure cd key will be gone

Oh, so it will go away ? well, i never had any 3rd party program, but this guy used my key, dunno who or how he got it, but i havent seen him on since that time, could be some sneaky shit from him :/ Oh Well, i often browse trough these forums, though i didnt register before now, tnx
