A hell of a lot of people apparently.. I know, its crazy, their excuse for putting a membership charge was to put off spammers and people the go onto the boards to see how long it takes them to piss everyone off and get banned. Nowdays people still do anyway but dont get banned so theres like no reason for the charge now, just easy money..

People who are devotees to SA and wish for them to keep thier site operational. When you have weak providers, especially for the site costs and the VB costs, you have to resort to these tactics.

One of my friends is a SA member, and I know a friend as well who is a SA Goon, who was one of the original programmers for the Awful Fantasy RPG.

The problem with Ebaumsworld is they get thier humor from other sites, and puts them up on thier sites. Then contrabans them by placing the image hosted by Ebaumsworld logo on the corner of the screen. It's understandable if you give it to them and ask them to host it on thier site, but you can't go from site to site (Fark, SA, YTMND) and take from them without permission from either the host or the creator of the image/flash.
