From what I seen in the eastern plaguelands, there are 3 different plaguebats. They all drop pelts, eyes, fangs, and ears consistently. They drop more then one from time to time too. These items sale for 8-20 silver each. These bats also drop green items. With these items, its an easy 25-60 gold an hour, if you do it constantly.

This is what you do, head over to the Eastern Plaguelands and find the Plaguebats. Continually kill the bats and pick up their drops (eyes, pelts, fangs, and ears.) If you see a green item pick it up, easy gold. Doing this will help you easily bring home 25 gold an hour, just continually kill.

make an UD char. they have a racial spell that prevents fear for 20sec at a time .
