so after waiting 3 weeks for my order (a book) to arrive, i find out they shipped me the wrong book (It had a similar name to what I ordered.)
I sent a message requesting a refund.
I got like a few more days to leave feedback. Should i leave negative feedback or wait until Monday to see if they send me a refund?
If they don't send me a refund, should I risk getting negative feedback by giving negative feedback?
