Dupe Theory?

okay I might get flammed for this but I think I know a way for a dupe theory. FIRST, you need a friend, we'll call yourself A and the other person B. A must be running d2hackit. A then proceeds to giving B some of his items, B exits game thus saving his character. A then sends a bad packet that will cause instant realm down and hence not saving his game. I haven't tried this yet, but when I sent a wrong packet a few times it didn't save my character and a few times it did. I think this could possibly lead to a way to duping. Just play around with it. We'll i'm off, I'm gonna test this. (*NOTE*)(If person A has 56k, you could keep testing for ever and ever because they would just have to reconnect instead of waiting for realm down to end).

i dont think that the wrong packet thing works, but if you say it did for you, ok. i cant really get into my mind that the server would be too dumb not saving your character when you get kicked. it normally saves every character, doesnt matter if a char has timeout, leaves game, turns off comp at the mains or anything else.

Once player "B" leaves the Game Player "A" 's game would also be saved straight after player B left. So even if you did Send a packet to roll back it would only roll back from AFTER player B left.. everything that happend before it would still be saved.

{edit} If After player B was to recive the items then Sent a packet to rollback player A (think the method of this is patched..) then B would exit and save with items , player A's game would not have saved so A would still have the items.....

hmm what if a leaves before b? and that a doesn't save but b does? just saying guys. hmm maybe it ismaybe it's not just testing it out.

whenever someoen saves game by leaving..,ALL the players in the game are saved...
