This deals with character rollback and only works if you have a scroll wheel on your mouse.

Player A - Has a rune/item
Player B - Has nothing
Fill your 'F' keys, F1 - F8 with skills

1) Player A - Opens trade with Player B
2) Player A - Puts rune/item up in trade window
3) Player A - Accepts then immediatly starts rapidly rolling mouse wheel
4) Player B - Presses accept right after Player A presses accept (while Player A is scrolling mouse wheel)

Transaction takes place and Player A drops to timeout. Player A then log back in and you will have a dupe.
