Dual Wield Question

if u dual wield, and 1 of ur wpns has 20% DS and 20% OW, does that apply to both wpns or just the one with DS and OW?

Of course it applies, if it didn't apply it would be pointless. You don't hit with the same weapon every time though, and he was asking if you're hitting with the weapon that doesn't have those mods, if they still apply.

I believe the answer is yes, but I don't know for sure.

It depends on the skill used. If its WW, both count as one item with a larger damage i believe. If its double swing, it depends on which one hits. Ect Ect, i cant be 100% sure about this, but, im pretty sure.
