Dropping When Complete Act

Everytime I comlete an act and go to the next I get an Unhandled Exception Error and drop.. I remember I have fixed this once before, and it can be easily fixed by re-installing D2... but I lost my cd's. Any Ideas? Thanks alot for the help, ahead of time.

It is because you can't play the videos I beleive. Update sound/video drivers.

Yes, it skips the videos, but its not my drivers.. is there a way to just skip the videos without uninstalling/reinstalling d2?

Is it the full version with the cinematics added? So you don't have to insert your disk to watch it? If not, try updating it.

That always hapened to me when i went to act5, You need to either update drivers (i needed it) Get more RAM (definetly helped) and Get a video card (def helped)

that was on my old comp and it ran fine after all that lmao but i guess it would huh. I just suggest updating the drivers..free and easy. If that doesnt work u may be using up too much memory when u change levels. Try to get either RAM or a vid. card...or both.

It wasn't any of that, lol. I have a nice cpu, I decided to go take my buddies CD's and re-install, worked great. Thank you guys for all of your help, much appreciated.
