Drop Hacks

My friend(seriously) wants a drop hack, anyone know where to get one that works with the current version? B.net compatible, too? Any help on helping me find one for him would be greatly appreciated.

Drop Hack

My friends says he used to have one, and it made monsters drop rare items(by rare items he means perfect jems, yellow text items, etc.). I don't know if it's still around, but is there one?

there are many mods that make sets and uniques drop in open, they get really annoying because once most of the uniques are dropped, all you get are masses of rares, and windys never seem to drop. i haven't found a mod that only drops uniques, and skips over the annoying rares
