Doubt on Item Creator

I've downloaded an Item Creator from www.mewgood.com and I don't know what to do with the generated *.dsi file after I finish creating my items... How do I put the items into the game?? :scary :scary

i take it 1.11 had no effect on editors and item creators?

No the 1.11 patch didnt effect editors, and i use zonfire the most, i think its the easist and reliable editor out there. There is also another editer called udied i blieve, and if you play a lot of mods that dont allow you to edit items, sometimes that will bypass it.
