Dota's Cheapest Hero

Ok, so I arranged a 1v1 game with my friend for tommorrow in dota. I want to know the cheapest hero I can use to kick his ass with. I also want to know what items I should buy at the start. Remember this is a 1v1 so I should have about 3400 bucks right at the start.

For 1v1? Depends on who he picks. Assuming he's going to get an agil melee or ranged hero, use Chantress. What to get first? Reaver so you can get a Heart ASAP.

From there on, just get a butterfly, then buriza. You'll pretty much never die with her ultimate (that got better in the latest version. WOO)

try liek a hero that is spell crazy spam it when needed forchimg him to heal alot

**** axe. get rhasta. no one can do wards 1v1 with disables. get BoT and work on guinsoos

Axe is a great deturent though cause if he picks a meele hero he is screwed. Only pick axe if he goes meele other wise go a nasty spell caster. Lich, Rhasta,Zues(maybe)

yeah but spell casters are good early game... but eventually i mean the enemy may just get too much health or linkens sphere? unless you have that one item that auto resets cool downs. damn forgot what its called

well...if he doesnt get a stunner i would go sk...but even if he did have a stunner i would just get bkb for him and still own :lucifer

Axe/Leoric against melee
Lich/Crystal Maiden/Luna Moonfang (CHEAAAP)/Enchantress against ranged

And the items... figure it the **** out, asking for help to beat a friend in a forum is sad.
