I play DOTA a lot, and I wonder how they did the custom spells! I use ROC and I can't get Frozen Throne for quite some time now. (don't ask why) Can u customize abilities for heroes with ROC world editor, or some other program that is compaditblie with the ROC world editor?

You can use a spell editor made for RoC, or make spells in TFT, import to RoC, and use em in-game

but really:
Try searching google... maybe for DashiOfDeath's Spell Editor... spelled something like that... maybe with spaces

They did bring back Inuyasha...anyways, go on some sites like campaigncreations and stuff along those lines and u will find some tutorials on how to make custom spells for ROC using certain spell editors. They are handy, but in the end it's better to learn by fooling around with it.

extract the spell data files with MPQ2k, or whatever you use, then edit them in notepad..
