You can find a sparrow helicopter in a yard closed in by wooden gates (there r alot of yards) neer the pizza place or the pay'n spray in Vice Point. Cant make it much more specific then that.

C i dont worry bout it 2 much, cus in my game i have a mansion that comes with heli, a condo that comes with a heli, and i found 80 hidden packages so i get a Sea Sparrow (sparrow with guns that can land on water)

the sparrow sux, the best is the Hunter ( twin missles and super fast gun) nothing can take me down.
