Does you lvl effect the hellforge droppins???

I been doing a lot of hellforges and usually the higher the lvl of the char the better the rune. Is this true or am i havin bad luck.

yes u get better drop with a high lvl bu it caps off at vex i think.. so u need to be atleast that they ( lvl of vex rune) to get vex

If you do hellforge at level 50, and lets say gul rune is ilvl 51. Gul cannot drop.


thats basicly the only way level effects drops.

wrong. gul can totally drop. i've rushed people for hellforge ALOT so i know. i rushed a lvl 26 zon once and got a gul. as for the highest run, i don't know i would think that zod would be possible hence the exsistence of a zod because nobody would be stupid enough to tranmute 2 sur runes. i usually got my runes from countess runs and hellforge. the rest was from trading. i've never actually gotten higher than a vex from rune runs so i have no clue where the rest come from.

but uhh yea back to the topic, gul can drop below lvl 51. the level of the rune has no effect on the dropping. i think level doesn't have much effect. the only time i know level has an effect is from gambling but the higher level you go you're defense starts to degress. i think lvl 86-88 is the best defense stats because after i went above that my defense started going lower and lower. anyway just rush people for nightmare and hell level hell forge and you'll get rich quick. sure they'll be a prick every now and then that backs out but oh well usually about 80% of people i rush are legit.

lvl DOES effect drops. if an item has an ilvl of 40, you HAVE tobe lvl 40 to get it to drop. its as easy as that. also, if your after an item that is lvl 40, only monsters that are lvl 40 or above can drop it.

C)LMFAO ITEMS DONT AFFECT DROPS LVL DOESNT EITHER, iLvl does.(sorta like lvl)
D)Hellforge is 75% random, the other 25% is depending on the lvl.
E)He didnt say the iLvl of gul is 51 he was giving an example.
