Does you lvl effect the hellforge droppins???

See me and my friend just started and so far we have done the hellforges of 4 players. The two lower lvl players got crap for their hellforge and the two higher lvl players got real good runes for their droppins. So i was just wonderin if lvl does effect the forge droppins or is it just bad luck????

i dont think it does i think it has to do with mf but im not sure in 1.10 it was mf but i dunno bout 1.11 but i'd go with your mf

no i think n i am preety sure it goes from normal to nm to hell in other words if u get a higher rune in normal u will get a high rune from your nm n then u will get a higher rune from your hell

actually i got a fal for my hell hellforge and a um for my nightmare hellforge. I don't get it.

its pure luck. it can only go up to a certain rune in each difficulty. you could get a el in hell and a hel in normal

well no thats not true you can't get a el in hell it goes from some rune to some rune can't remember what though. and for the topic question lvl has absolutly no affect on what rune is droped it's just luck

mf has nothing to do with it, lvl has nothing to do with it, and amn is not highest in norm, ive gotten hel before, otherwise thats pretty much right
number of ppl does not matter, difficulty is the only thing that has any effect what so ever, and then it is only b/w the certain runes like dragOn (tried to) stated (no offense), and repairing the hammer does not help, despite some what some people think->i have friends that are superstitious and still do this, it doesnt matter but do what you like, doesnt hurt anything)
it is only luck

Nice. Is there any particular Gem range for the difficulties? I got a Perfect Amethyst on my normal Hellforge. Plus some normal and flawless gems, and a Tal rune. God I wish that was farmable.

Yeah, I know these are old, but 1) I didn't do the original bumping, 2) as long as it IS bumped and being talked about, there's no harm in talking about it; not like it's taking up front-page slots on a super active forum, and 3) hey, it's good Gil.

a) This thread is about 5 and a half months old, not "over a year"
b) Only one person bumped this thread, not many, and if you are referring to anyone that posted after he bumped it, then you too, bumped it.
c) You are not supposed to report every thread you see, it says what you should report for.


@Thread. Although it would seem that level affects what is dropped, I don't think that this is the case. There is simply odds that x rune will drop, regardless of who's quest it is.
