Does MF affect Key drops?

This may explain why I'm having shit luck finding keys.

My sorc is pure pvp, no mf, and my merc kills Countess and Nilithak most of the time, and shes using wf/120-45/160-60 so no mf on her either. Mf seems to not have any effect.
