Does lvl influence on the chancies to find items?

no your level does not affect the items you find when mfing..it can how ever add to mf using such an item as enigma. Having a higher level does however have an effect on how good an item can be when you indentify it.

what also matters is the treasure class of the monsters. the higher it is, the better items they can possibly drop.

I always thought that the item stats were the same no matter what level or char identifies the item...or this only for uniques? Are magic and rares dependent on char level?

Someone posted recently that the %more gold on chancies worked as -MF tho. I dunno.
