nope, sure doesn't.
But if u get life tap, it works better as it like totally fills your health when its cast.
It wouldn't hurt to use LL though, cuz if u wanna be cheap, or when ur done dueling and dont wanna run back to Akira, go LL off some monsters

It doesn't fill your life when it's cast, it grants you 50% life leech when hitting the person it's been cast upon.
