Does battle.net have an irc server?

Hmm, considering that b.net has one particular sistem of chats, I don't think there is one. But I'm not sure.

I would highly doubt it. Battle.net uses battle.net to chat, If you don't want to fire up SC to use it, download a chat client like Battlegram, or use telnet.

Battle.net uses a highly modified IRC chat engine. It is IRC, but it requires a CD key to enter and you can't use different colors to chat. You cannot connect to it simply using mIRC, you must use a Bot. A bot like steathbot should work wonderfully.

Yea I guess I'll give up on chatting on battle.net in mIRC

It seems that it's possible but you'd have to go thru alot of work and chances, it might be almost impossible to get the configuration right anyway. Well thanx anyways.

PS If anyone knows an easier way post a repy.
