Do you use the Grid?

i wanna start some small talk in the UMS section :dance
Do you use the gird while placing buildings or units? I do most of the times for buildings it makes it look neat? how bout u guys?

i should start using it now, should help on design of unit formations... thanks for the idea!

I don't know where i'd be if it wasn't for the grid. In rare ocasions I may need to take off the grid to see how the terrain looks or something.

My routine right after opening up the editor is:
Control + O
Double click on my map
Control + U
Exit the Brush Palette

Grid is set on "auto" when I open the normal Campaign editor. For others, I use it if I need to work with locations and unit placement.

I use it in Special Mode because sometimes i need the unit/building to be lined up with the grid so it works better with locations. Other then that, I barely need to ever use it.

yar, teh grid is your friend. I dunno how i'd align shit without her.
