Diff between CZ and Steam? (1.6)

I dont see any difference, yes Ive played both, I just played CZ on my friend's comp, and all it has is just single player game with bots, seems like same as 1.6 steam, why on earth did Valve bother making expansion anyways? Isnt HL-2 coming out soon?

CZ defies the rules of marketing. As I see it, the way they make us pay for a little upgrade to a game that has been going on this long is the same as if the government were to start taxing us for breathing air. We never payed before.... why on earth are we paying now?

Mine just downloaded one day, free of charge... I was a bit happy about that...

I like CZ because of the fact that I didn't pay for it, and the GFX boost does help a ton
