Diablo1 modding

Im kinda good with Starcraft modding but i also have diablo. i want to mod that because diablo mods are cool. so does any one have some links to some programs i can use?I alredy have Mpq draft.

why do i ask people in forums rather than look for the programs myself? because. usually modding programs suck or arent compataible with the lastest versions of a blizzard game and what not.

What realm? I am assuming East, but just for reference I am asking. And to be completely honest, I am not even sure Diablo I Modding is possible. I did see screenshots of the butcher being replaced by Barney once though.
