Diablo Freezes

Hey guys when I start my diablo 2 in full screen mod it freezes as soon as i join a game but then when i play in window mode its fine. I like fullscreen alot more because its easier to see and it covers the whole screen so I donmt sometimes accidently minimize diablo then die.

Could someone tell me how to fix this plz?

Can you post your system specs,it may just be because your computer isin't that great,so it only runs in windowed

Storm #2, I had this same problem on Tues and Wed of last week. It had happened like 7/10 times and I was close to throwin' it out the window. However, it turned out that all I had to do was uninstall/reinstall (both Classic & LOD). Been working just fine ever since!

If that doesn't work, then check out Blizz website. They refer to this "freezing" as lock-ups. There's like 14 possible solutions found in the trouble-shooting page.

Thanks, by the way, it used to work before fine, so its not cause my comp is crappy

Disc scratched? Uhmm running too many programs now? Umm adwares?
Edit: When You freeze is there "U got a big error"

No, Diablo just freezes and then my comp is fine when I ctrl alt delete it and close it.
