And why are they retarded? Really? They make games that is selling for billions AND games that still are played today... for example, Diablo 1 and Diablo 2.

And that's because they don't release a half-finished game just because they said a date when the game should be released.

No, they're retarded because they do a really bad job at running a company. They might be financially well put, but customer service, and customer outreach wise, they are way behind. A good company works with their clients, Blizzard, doesn't.
