Diablo 2 Help

I downloaded the Item Creator file for Diablo 2 "itemcreator.zip" and I cant get it to work properly. I cant enter an item code or add magic atributes. Is there something that I'm doing wrong or are there more steps I need to follow in order to get it to work properly? Appreciate any help given, thanks.

Who made the item creator, also, Move this ASAP.

Or you could just ban the creater because he doesn't have enough intelligence to scroll down before hitting the New Thread button.
