playing it legit on single = gg quests are so fun!

my overall conclusion of 1 is : burn it, buy d2LOD.

D1 is fun if you don't use hacks. That's the honest truth too. And it's actually hard too. Really hard.

ill take your word for it actually i didnt even know there was a b.net for 1 until this thread. but i must tell you. single player is rather pathetic compared to D2 and thats saying something!!

D2 lacks quests. No, I dont consider saving some chick from an ice prison and getting a resist scroll a quest. I call fighting Leoric for 20 minutes and getting his undead crown a quest.

hmm. good point i guess. maybe they will make diablo 3 quests better. anyway, multiplayer is almost definetely alot better. but i guess it would be fun to do old school again sometime. in fact maybe ill try it.

Yeah..D2 had a much better online play then D1, but since both are literally killed by hacks/programs, I can;t compare since they're both pretty bad. You should get into Diablo sometimer, it's a good investment.

haha, oh the days of diablo 1.. where enemies were actually difficult to kill... and any class could learn any spell.. and there were elixirs adding attributes lol. I never hacked d1. If I can find a d1 iso or if someone can give me one I'll play with you guys (legit) for sure!
