Diabled units

I was just wondering... do disabled units count in the max number of units in the map or do they not get counted....

like you know that you can only play like wat 1600 units in a map..and i wanted to know if the disabled units are included in the count....????

1650 allowed units in the game and Disabled units count towards the max.
